Standing on the corner
waiting for a cab
just coz she's standing there
dont mean she's up for grabs
little miss innocence
never crossed her mind
that the boys meant something else
when they asked for a good time
Now she's little miss damaged goods
coz no wasnt an option
ignoring her desperate pleas
countless attempts to stop them
Now she's laying in the alley
blood soaking her favourite shirt
crying out for what is now lost
what will never be returned
Just because she's standing there
doesnt mean a thing
maybe she's just hanging around
waiting for her taxi
