"Pen to Paper"

No matter the mood im in

Be it happy be it sad

I can always count on this

Even when I'm murderously mad

I use this tool to vent my spleen

When little things cease to matter

I use it to straighten my emotions out

I take this pen and put it to paper

With this pen the words fill this space

Until the task is complete

I'll take my frustrations out on this page

Wont bottle it till I'm depleted

When my depression takes hold

It can be a rather diffivult caper

But instead of letting it tear me apart

I'll find a corner and put this pen to paper
