Up, down, round and round,

That's what it's like,

One minute I'm crying like a baby,

The next I'm just fine.

Too much shit to deal with,

Too little time to do it,

Once I start to get on top,

Someone decides to screw it.

Hurting me, hurting my family,

Me hurting myself,

That's the life of the yo-yo,
